In the Boston Sunday Globe, for a book review of Rebecca Carroll’s new work “Surviving The White Gaze: A Memoir” written by Blaise Allysen Kearsley. The book is a powerful memoir of race, family, and identity. 

The review, titled “Seeing for Yourself”, is accompanied by my illustration, offering an invitation to experience the revelation of the memoir, which is itself engaged in stark self awareness.
